maintenance & replacement

Disassemble after engine shutdown and full cooling to avoid foreign matter falling into intake duct.
Clear accumulated dust inside housing after disassembly, check housing for collision deformation and crack.
Ensure seal ring is flat without twisting during installation, place filter element in position and tighten clamps with moderate force, violent compression is forbidden.
Check pipeline sealing after assembly. Washing and knocking paper filter element are prohibited.
Do not reuse after air‑blow repair when filter paper is torn or housing is cracked and deformed, replace air cleaner assembly directly.
