replacement tips

Shut down machine and wait for engine fully cooled before disassembly to avoid injury caused by accidental fan rotation.
Adjust tensioning mechanism, clean impurities inside pulley groove and check pulley wear and deformation.
Make sure belt fits completely into pulley groove during installation, avoid twisting and forced prying.
Adjust belt tension according to machine standard. Too loose leads to slipping, while over‑tightening accelerates bearing damage.
Do not repair and reuse belt with crack, rubber peeling or partial damage, replace fan belt directly.
