Maintenance & Replacement Tips

Shut down equipment, wait for oil flowing back to oil sump and machine fully cooled before disassembly to avoid scald by high‑temperature engine oil.
Prepare oil‑receiving container while removing old parts, clean sealing face of filter base and clear sludge impurities.
Coat thin layer of engine oil on new seal rings, dry installation is forbidden. All old seals must be renewed, reuse is not allowed.
Tighten manually in place, do not apply excessive force by tools. Start engine after assembly and confirm zero oil leakage at all joints.
Do not reuse after cleaning and repair when filter element is heavily blocked or seals are hardened and cracked, replace engine oil filter parts directly.
