maintenance & replacement tips

Shut down machine and release hydraulic pressure before disassembly to avoid pressurized oil ejection.
Clean filter housing base and remove debris on sealing surface, replace old rubber ring together.
Apply thin layer of hydraulic oil on new filter seal ring, tighten manually in place, avoid violent tool forcing.
Start machine after replacement and check zero leakage at filter connection.
Do not wash and reuse filter element with torn filter paper or heavy blockage, replace filter element directly.
