maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and wait for engine fully cooled before disassembly to avoid scald by hot coolant.
Release internal pressure of cooling system in advance, prepare container for antifreeze, clean residual old gasket and scale on mounting surface.
Fit brand‑new sealing gasket during assembly, tighten bolts evenly in diagonal sequence, one‑side over‑torque is forbidden.
Fill qualified coolant after installation and bleed air from circuit. Start engine to check leakage and monitor water temperature.
Do not disassemble for reuse when water seal leaks or bearing generates loud noise due to excessive clearance, replace water pump combination group directly.
