The CAT312 multi‑way control valve adopts integrated multi-valve-block compact structure, equipped with precision hardened spool groups, built-in main overflow valve, auxiliary overflow valve, pressure compensation valve and shuttle valve. It adopts advanced pressure-compensated flow control technology, which maintains stable output flow under fluctuating load conditions, effectively avoiding action jitter, speed difference and operation drift. The valve body is integrally cast with high-strength alloy cast iron, and the matching spool and valve sleeve undergo high-precision grinding and surface hardening treatment, with low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance. All finished valves pass strict factory hydraulic pressure resistance test, internal leakage detection and compound action simulation verification.
