maintenance & replacement

Crankshaft combination set belongs to overhaul parts. Complete engine block disassembly is required, keep all components clean.
Thoroughly clean oil passages before installation to remove iron scraps and dirt and avoid lubrication failure caused by blocked oil path.
Do not reuse old bearing shells and thrust washers. Strictly control bearing clearance and crankshaft axial clearance according to service manual.
Tighten connecting rod bolts and main bearing bolts step‑by‑step with specified torque and angle. One‑step full tightening is forbidden.
Rotate crankshaft manually after assembly for smooth rotation without jamming. Fill engine oil before test run. Do not repair and reuse bent, burnt or scuffed crankshaft, replace crankshaft combination set directly.
