maintenance & replacement

Shut down machine and cool engine completely, release cooling‑system pressure and drain coolant before disassembly.
Inspect belt aging during removal, clean residual old‑gasket dirt on sealing surface. Hard‑tool scratching on mating surface is forbidden.
Apply brand‑new sealing gasket. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly step‑by‑step to prevent housing stress deformation.
Fill qualified coolant after installation and bleed air. Start engine and confirm no pump leakage and normal water temperature.
Do not reuse pump with loose bearing, corroded broken impeller and cracked housing after disassembly repair, replace water pump directly.
