maintenance & replacement

Place bucket firmly on flat ground, shut down machine and release residual hydraulic pressure before disassembly.
Take safety protection when removing stick pin shaft. Clean hinge hole and inspect wear condition of stick and link joint.
Align pin shaft by hoisting, violent hammering is forbidden to avoid lug hole plastic deformation. Install retaining circlip after pin shaft is in place.
Test digging, lifting and dumping movements repeatedly after installation, confirm no jamming noise and no pin shaft clearance.
Do not reuse assembly with large‑area cracked seam, torn lug and over‑worn hinge hole after welding repair, replace bucket assembly directly.
